Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your BRO Beard order. If you're not, we'll make it right.
Returns We accept change of mind returns within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging including box
- In the same condition as received
To start a return, email us at admin@brobeard.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note - original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@brobeard.com.au. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
