Where we ship We currently ship Australia wide.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping - $4.95 flat rate
- Free shipping on all orders over $60
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Shipping carrier We ship primarily via Australia Post.
Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a guide:
- Metro areas - 2 to 5 business days
- Regional areas - 3 to 7 business days
- Remote areas - 5 to 10 business days

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
