Shipping rates
Shipping is free on orders over $60. Orders of $60 or less ship for a flat $4.95.

The order total is calculated after any discount codes are applied. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 4 to 8 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods such as Christmas and major sale events.
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide, including PO boxes and parcel lockers. We do not currently ship internationally.
Address errors
Check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will fix it if the order has not been dispatched.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A second shipping fee of $4.95 applies.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us. We will chase it up with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you if it is lost.
If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
Amazon and eBay orders
This policy applies to orders placed on our website. Orders placed through Amazon or eBay follow the shipping rates and delivery times shown on that listing.
